November 2025 (2025.11.0)

Implemented a fix where any location using Zignyl Clipboard for time keeping was switched to Auto Clock Out enabled to avoid recurring open time punches within the system for existing locations.

Added an internal option for certain stores to exclude $0 orders from being calculated in any reporting.

Enabled an internal toggle to prevent users with the roles manager and above from editing their own time punches if the location is using Zignyl for time keeping.
December 2025/January 2026 (2026.1.0):

Rolled out a major change with customized alias names that allows default role names to be overwritten in the Zignyl system, applicable to the:

Management Portal (app.zignyl.com)

Clipboard (iPad tablet app)

Zignyl Team App (team member iOS/Android app)

If you are an external user and you have an existing role name that needs to be reconfigured (ie. "employee" are to be redesignated as "team member"), please contact your Zignyl team.

This does not change any existing user permissions or access levels.

If you are using Scheduling Groups in scheduling and have a customized role title (ie. "MIT 1"), your changes will be preserved and unaffected.
February 2026 (2026.1.1):

Rolled out a fix to the Tips Report (https://app.zignyl.com/reports/tipsReport) related to the distribution of tipped dollar amount across eligible users/employees. Previously, the tip pool was only being distributed across selected employees.

implemented rules preventing duplicate employee Zignyl User IDs (6 digit) in the Zignyl platform/database from occurring when creating new users.

Minor troubleshooting related to reporting and roles.
February 2026 (2026.1.2):

Fixed support link embedded in the Support Knowledge Base link in the Zignyl Management Portal (https://app.zignyl.com) that was pointing to an incorrect location; this has since been resolved and will link to https://www.zignyl.com/support correctly.

Corrected an issue in the Employee Sales Report (https://app.zignyl.com/reports/employeesales) where single location users were seeing an unfiltered list of all employee net sales calculations across multiple locations.
February 2026 (2026.1.3):

Resolved an issue where the User Listing was not displaying correctly or returning an error when clicked on mobile iOS and Android devices.

Established a customer-side company admin hotfix path:

for users who cannot see zChat on the Zignyl Team App, to have their manager or admin log into app.zignyl.com, visit to User Listing, scroll down to Operations, navigate to their Assigned Locations, disable/uncheck "Chat Enabled" and then re-enable, and then have the user verify on their app

Fixed calculation of total hours on a day at a particular hour in the scheduling chart below the schedule by only considering non-empty shifts when summing up the hours.

Resolved a date/time/time zone difference issue in schedules where user availabilities at the end of a time period were getting mixed up with all vs “12a to 12a" time periods.
March 2026 (2026.1.4):

Resolved a priority issue with scheduling and forecasting where PDF snapshots were preventing forecasts and schedules were being published correctly. Currently, a PDF snapshot will not be generated when viewing the revision history of a schedule or a forecast.

Corrected emergency issue where forecasts past a certain specific date were not saving and populating correctly and only returning $0 forecasts on all days of the week.

Standardized a Jersey Mike's Flexe-specific data uploading and update process where JM pushes data once a day to Zignyl early in the day that reflects all of the sales, time, tips data for the calendar date before; anything edited after that data push will show up on the next day's data export-import.
March 2026 (2026.1.5):

Repaired an issue where the weather was not correctly displaying in Dashboard and Forecasts.

Fixed an issue where employees were not correctly added to a Scheduling Group.
