Zignyl Management Portal - Overview

On the Zignyl platform, logging into the Management Portal via app.zignyl.com will show you the following screen:

This screen, also referred to as the main dashboard, is the summary of what happened in your business for the time range selected. It combines most of the information that is collected within our system, and presents a composite view of what you should be looking at for your business.

A quick breakdown of all the different elements:

1. The Hamburger Menu - this dropdown menu contains all of the menu selections shown below, from Forecasts, Scheduling, Reporting, Human Resources, Incentives, Tasks, and Location Settings:

2.  Locations and Dates - the locations you have access to in your company and the dates you wish to view.

3. Net Sales and Labor - the total amount of sales and labor in the locations within the time periods selected.

4. Specific Location - the particular location, arranged to your preference (A-Z, zScore, Sales, etc).

5. Incentives attainment - based on your forecast and your incentives, what level attainment, if any, of the sales $ goals listed.

6. Notes - any shift specific notes written either here or via the iPad Clipboard (ie. "Johnny called out, Susie was late").

7. Task completion - how many tasks were completed, whether they were completed on time, late, or not at all.
